Product Manager

Qualifications

Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Command of English
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts is highly desired
Experience with web and mobile development cycles is an advantage
Experience working in an Agile software development environment is an advantage

Responsibilities

Work with clients to define project requirements/vision and communicate them to the development team
Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
Involve actively in Idea generation, Implementation & Validation
Be the primary resource for questions about the details of the projects
Proactively manage and prioritize the time and tasks
Collaborate with the development team to define, design, validate, accept and adapt features; follow-up on the results.

Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for working with BI Team to identify, define and provide the stakeholders with the best possible data and analytical information.

Qualifications

Required skills:

Passion for data analysis and statistics
Strong mathematical and analytical mindset
Excellent knowledge of English
Knowledge and experience with SQL
Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to facilitate group discussions aimed at resolution, being comfortable presenting to small to medium-sized audiences that frequently include leadership and peers
Comfortable with asking for help and asking clarifying and refining questions related to tasks at hand
Punctuality and ability to organize others to produce better results in a timely manner

Desirable skills:

Experience in working in a data warehouse/Business Intelligence environment
Experience in working with Microsoft Power BI or a similar tool
Experience in dealing directly with clients.

Responsibilities

Maintenance, implementation and continual improvement of reports, dashboards, and trend data using our BI infrastructure
Have detailed understanding of business operations
Ensure that the management team have the data and insight needed to successfully run the business
Provide management team with clear, innovative approaches to understand and analyse the data
Analyse business processes and make proposals on improving operations using the data provided by BI team
Formulate the requirements for BI development
Communicate with the development team for better understanding of technical processes
Continual quality assurance on all materials and dashboards provided to other parties in the company
Communicate with the management on a daily basis to align and coordinante cooperation

Qualifications

At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
More than 4+ years of hands-on testing experience
Experience in creating testing documentation
Strong working knowledge of testing client/server applications
Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA)
Experience in Selenium WebDriver automation

Working experience in Oracle or any other RDBM
Working experience in development of multi-layered client-server applications is a plus
