Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a candidate with a background in Project Management with success-driven character and preferably strong knowledge of Agile Project Management principles. Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Project and Team Management
Knowledge of Agile Project Management practices
Strong Analytical, communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both written and verbal
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools is a plus
Ability to independently define, escalate and resolve issues within teams and company

Responsibilities

Work with software development teams to establish and manage the project plan from inception to delivery
Elaborate project roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner
Support Product Owner in defining project scope and iteration content (sprints, release)
Track and communicate Sprint/Release progress to the teams and management
Organize and facilitate relative Scrum/Kanban procedures: Plannings, Stand ups, Groomings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Influence culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous team improvement
Collect and analyze data about team performance to improve team efficiency
Coach and counsel teams and appraise job results
Guide the teams and organization on Agile Project Management best practices
Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution within the teams
